Daughter's Wedding Photos

The ceremony was at Forest House Lodge's secret ceremony spot up in Foresthill, California. Beautiful setting overlooking the canyon with the Sierra mountain range as a back drop. We had clear skies, but oh so cold!

After the ceremony back to the rustic lodge for the reception.  Everything looked so pretty...

Our daughter asked both my husband and I to walk her down the aisle. Ah..........

The wedding party - our son is the second from the right.

Here's one of my favorites photos of sister and brother.

Love the Father Daughter dance photo!

And the Mother Daughter photo taken before the wedding.

The happy couple at the reception. Their faces really show the joy and love. We all had such a good time!

Vintage Bunting Banners

So many people have asked me about my vintage sheets bunting banners that I decorate my booth with...they want them too! So I've made up some just in time for Christmas out of vintage Christmas tablecloths, vintage baby fabric, and vintage sheets.
Here I have some decorating my booth at a recent indoor craft faire. These banners make it so festive! Great for birthday parties or fun decorations.

Come see them in person at the Friends of the Loomis Library Thirty-Seventh Annual Christmas Faire this Friday, Dec 2nd from 6pm to 9pm and on Saturday, Dec 3rd from 10am to 4pm.

Daughter's Wedding

Brianna and Sean's wedding was on November 4th up in Foresthill. It was a beautiful event. We were blessed with clear blue skies, a sprinkling of snow on the Sierra's, and no rain! Yes it was cold at this outside wedding, but the setting was so worth it!

Foresthill Lodge was a very special place to hold the festivities - thanks to all the staff for making it such a special time for us. Our venue turned into a family reunion of sorts as we took over the entire lodge from Thursday afternoon until Saturday at 11:00am. So fun, so special!

Here are "the kids" - daughter is 25 but looks 18 right? Love our new son-in-law Sean! He is perfect for Bri. Will have more wedding photos to share later...but until then just wanted to say it was awesome!
Bri and Sean on their honeymoon in Hawaii - they had a blast!

Sacramento Antique Faire

Do you like antiques, vintage and collectibles? I sure do! That's why I signed up to be a vendor this Sunday, November 13th at the Sacramento Antique Faire. It's held under the freeway in midtown Sacramento on 21st Street between W and X Streets. Always held on the second Sunday of the month rain or shine. It's a huge event with free parking and only $3 admission.

The outdoor marketplace starts at 6:30am - yes, I did say 6:30am! Goes till 3pm. So there's plenty of time to walk around the two full parking lots to see all the great treasures! I'm scheduled to be in Lot 1, space B-12 (but have asked to move to a covered spot if one opens up). Hope to see your there!
