Vintage Chenille Quilts

You all know how much I love vintage chenille - it's one of my favorite materials to work with these days...but my sewing machine doesn't care too much for it. Makes such a mess!
Anyway, here are two of the baby quilts I made using vintage chenille and new fabric together. My photos aren't the best but hopefully you can see how cute they turned out...

They are lovely, Pam. When I was a child, I made it my aim to pick out those tiny fluffs, every chance I got. I deserved a good spanking! (that was then, when spanking was allowed!) Now when I see them, I am very sorry... Is the quilt for someone special?

Hi Helen, well I sold the baby quilt shown in the bottom photo as well as the matching pillow cover. The top photo my newly married daughter loves and wants me to save for when she has a baby...which, by the way I am told I have to wait two years for! Oh well...I'll keep making cute things for my future grandchild. Can't wait!

Warm hugs,
Pam

Hi Pam!! It was so nice to hear from you. I'm doing ok, though I'm having trouble getting "back in the swing of things" since the holidays. LOL
I love the baby blankets! Especially the pink and white one. How cute is that!?
